Description

After graduating from The Royal College of Art in London Brenda worked in the fashion industry in India and America before returning to the UK to work as a BBC costume designer doing period dramas and comedy sketch shows. She has been a visiting lecturer at Edinburgh College of Art, has given Sketchbook Workshops at Leith School of Art and has spent many years working on the Events team of the Friends of the National Galleries of Scotland.

The donated piece “Sea Buckthorn on Gullane Beach” is oil on board, tray framed.
