Pommery’s delicately fruity Brut Rosé is characterised by distinctive, fuller notes that remain vibrant, fresh and extremely fine. Its colour is derived from Pinot Noir grape skins, slightly fermented in their skins and chosen for their level of maturity. Aged for three years in the cellar, it exhibits the singular characteristics of a Pommery Rosé. Pale pink with salmon tones, fine and persistent bubbles with flavours of small red berries, dried cherry, ginger biscuit and kumquat. This champagne pairs well as an apéritif and with poultry, shellfish, or a dessert of red fruits.
